be spoken for = (informal)

if someone is spoken for, they are married or already have a serious relationship with someone.

Ross : Well, what I'm telling you is... I've been interested in you since I first met you. 

       Are you spoken for?

Kate : I'm sorry, but I've got a boyfriend.

Ross : Do you happen to know that girl over there standing at the end of the lobby.

Tim : Yes, She is David's girlfriend. She's spoken for, ok?
